Scarlett Johansson Reveals She Was Classified As A Hypersexual Actress

Scarlett Johansson reaping success and popularity following successfully playing Black Widow in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Not many know that the 37-year-old actress’s career has gone through a bleak period.

At the beginning of her career, this mother of two felt she was being sidelined and considered to only accentuate her sexuality. Appearance that looks older than age is actually one of the causes.

“I felt like I was being objectified and pushed aside where I felt like I didn’t get job offers for the things I wanted to do. I remember thinking that it seemed like people thought I was 40 years old,” he said during an appearance on the Armchair Expert Podcast, as quoted from Just Jared.

Scarlett Johansson finally concluded for himself why such things might happen to him. Because people only see his appearance that looks more mature than his actual age.

“Because I think everyone thinks I’m more mature and I’ve been acting for a long time, I’m kind of sidelined and classed as a hypersexual,” he continued.

Ryan Reynolds’ ex-wife revealed that those times were quite scary for her.

“It was scary at the time. Scary in a strange sense, where I thought, ‘Is this really how it has to be?'”

However, according to him, the Hollywood film industry is experiencing many changes in a more positive direction. Many young actors get the roles they want and are more varied.

“People are much more dynamic,” concluded Scarlett Johansson.
