Schwaz HB won the Handball League Austria and took the lead in the table following four rounds.

The Tyroleans celebrated a 33:27 (14:13) home win over runner-up HC Linz on Saturday, making them the only undefeated team. Because in addition to Linz, the Fivers Margareten also had to bow for the first time, the Viennese lost in Bregenz with 26:33 (11:20).
