New Delhi ∙ Union Aviation Minister congratulates Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram airports. Civil Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia congratulated both the airports for allowing technical landing for Sri Lankan flights. More than 120 flights were allowed to land at both airports during the crisis.

“Congratulations to Thiruvananthapuram and Kochi airports for upholding the Indian tradition of Vasudhaiva Kudumbakam.”

“Beyond regular operations, technical landings were allowed for more than 120 flights to Sri Lanka at both airports. This act will certainly help in strengthening our relations with our neighbours’ – Scindia tweeted.
