To remove a company from the trade and companies register, the complete file can be submitted on the website Infogreffe.fr
In all cases, the dissolution of the company must be concomitant or have been previously declared.
Supporting documents to be attached to the file
NB: It is recalled that the transfer of assets is only carried out and the legal entity disappears after the opposition period (30 days from the publication of the dissolution) or, where applicable, when the opposition has been rejected at first instance or the repayment of debts has been made or the guarantees provided.
Finally, the request for deregistration is required by the sole shareholder within one month of the completion of the transfer of assets.
Cost
The cost is €0 if the closure of the liquidation operations is noted more than one month after the dissolution decision and/or if the dissolution decision has already been declared in the trade and companies register.
NB: If the company has one or more secondary establishments outside the jurisdiction of the Angers registry, add €10.19 per registry in which one or more additional establishments are located.
