Last Mother’s Day, Emmy Rossum was in the final days of her pregnancy. Now, the Shameless alum is celebrating the 2022 holiday for the first time as a mom.
On May 8, Emmy shared on Instagram a photo of her and husband Sam Esmail‘s 11-month-old daughter playing in a yard, as well as throwback pics of the child finger painting and crawling near a baby activity gym and Christmas tree. The actress, who stars in the upcoming Peacock series Angelyne, also posted a selfie of herself holding her little girl as an infant.
“Mother’s Day,” Emmy wrote. “The first year has been full of playing, crawling, eating, carrying pacifiers in mouths and holding hands. I am so deeply grateful to be your mom.”
