The Morals Investigations forces succeeded in seizing a network of homosexuality in 6th of October City, following the surveillance unit monitored promotional materials and publications on social media that promote immoral acts, including the practice of homosexuality.
Homosexuality network seized in 6th of October City
After tracking the posts on social networking sites Facebook, the Ethics Investigations Department succeeded in identifying the suspects in charge of running the network.
Investigations indicated that there are 3 people running a den in the Haram City area in 6th of October City for immoral acts and setting the price per night at EGP 1,000, and they were arrested following legalizing the procedures.
Imprisonment of the accused
After the defendants confessed, a report of the incident was issued, and the defendants were referred to the Public Prosecution, which ordered their detention pending the case.
