➡️ The current law, ECA, contemplates that there a single member of the House of Representatives and a member of the Senate who challenges or questions a group of voters from any state. Now they seek to raise it to 20% of the members of each chamber. Trump was looking for two Republicans, a senator and a congressman, to act as challengers so that the count cannot go forward. With this change they seek to bias this type of maneuvers in the future.
