Belgrade – One of Serbia’s opposition parties has officially filed a lawsuit alleging electoral fraud by President Aleksandar Vučić’s ruling party in December’s parliamentary and local elections. “We are starting the legal battle today, hopefully in an intensive manner and with a large number of lawsuits that will follow,” said Miodrag Gavrilović of the Democratic Party (DS), which is part of the opposition alliance “Serbia Against Violence,” on Friday.
