Earlier, on April 15, 2022, the founder of the company, artist and architect Sergei Elkin was added to the list of foreign agents. In Russia, he became widely known for his cartoons, including those of Russian politicians and businessmen, which were published in major media outlets. After the start of the Russian special operation in Ukraine, a number of cartoons he made, in particular regarding government officials of the Russian Federation, were published in the German publication Deutsche Welle (recognized as a foreign agent). On April 13, 2022, Elkin announced that he had left Russia.
