Seven people have applied for the most recently advertised scientific management position at the Natural History Museum (NHM) from June 1, 2025, and 16 people are interested in the commercial management position. This was announced by the office of State Secretary for Culture Andrea Mayer (Greens) in response to an APA request. There were 24 applications for the artistic management of the Mumok – Museum of Modern Art Foundation Ludwig from October 1, 2025, and twelve for the commercial management.
