On the night of Saturday, the police in the Bregenz district carried out a large-scale focus check on “narcotic drugs and alcohol on the road”.
A total of four drivers under the influence of alcohol and seven drivers affected by drugs had to be reported. Seven driver’s licenses were provisionally taken on the spot. A total of 147 alcohol tests, three alcohol tests and seven clinical examinations were carried out.
26 complaints had to be filed and 15 organ mandates had to be collected. Seven reports of offenses under the Narcotic Substances Act are reported to the public prosecutor’s office in Feldkirch. A total of 15 police officers and two police doctors were on duty.
