Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN) – Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, granted Lionel Messi the Qatari player, prior to his country’s coronation of the 2022 World Cup title, following defeating the French national team in the final match.
The Argentine star appeared wearing the abaya, which is a traditional Qatari dress, during the coronation ceremony of the World Cup in its twenty-second edition, which sparked an interaction in the media circles, as these footage was widely circulated.
