The series of disputes continues between the artist Hossam Habib and his ex-wife, artist Sherine Abdel Wahab, by announcing the filing of a lawsuit once morest her because of a song that he owns the rights to.
Hossam Habib revealed in press statements that Sherine announced a song he owns and that he has proof of this through the assignment of the composer and author, which is documented in the Association of Authors and Composers.
The artist Hossam Habib published a copy of this waiver, which is documented in the Society of Authors and Composers, to confirm the correctness of his legal position.
The artist Hossam Habib added that Sherine had seized a work that was not owned by her because he is the one who owns the rights to this song, but she has unjustly announced and promoted it.
Hossam Habib stressed his adherence to his legal rights and that he will submit a report to the Public Prosecutor because of what he described as seizing the songs of his album that he owns.
Hossam Habib also announced the appointment of his lawyer, Counselor Jamil Saeed, to file a lawsuit to obtain his rights in this case.
The artist, Sherine Abdel Wahab, has not yet commented on Hossam Habib’s statements and his intention to file a lawsuit once morest her.
This comes following Hossam Habib warned all media not to report any news regarding him that was not personally mentioned by him.
Hossam Habib stressed that any news, statements or opinions issued by other people do not represent him without explaining the reasons that prompted him to talk regarding this matter.
