These are images that recall the accident that occurred in Flémalle a few months ago when a football player poorly negotiated a roundregarding and found himself in a sports hall.
This time, it was in Maasmechelen that the incident occurred. Tuesday evening, a driver took off and ended up, following several rollovers, in a garden a few meters away.
Everything was filmed by surveillance cameras and our colleagues from “Het Belang van Limburg” broadcast the video (to discover here). Fortunately, the vehicle did not hit anyone except the barriers which will have to be repaired.
As our Flemish colleagues relay, the driver was injured and taken to hospital.
