“It was preliminarily established that last night (August 1 – ed.) before lights out, regarding six children were having fun and playing in the boys’ lounge. In the process, a 15-year-old teenager was tied with a rope by a 27-year-old physical training instructor, who today explained to a representative of the supervisory authority that he did it for the sake of a joke, ”the prosecutor’s office said in a statement.
