The video, which was broadcast on social networks and taken up by the Al-Jazeera news channel, was recorded on October 9, two days following the deadly Hamas attack in Israel.
The video begins as the angry man pushes a UNICEF worker, who was soliciting donations for the Gaza Strip, where a serious humanitarian crisis is unfolding.
One of his colleagues tried to calm the individual down, but was kicked violently.
“I’m going to kill you,” the person shouts at the employee. “Palestine? Palestine?” he adds, pointing at the other young man before headbutting him.
Another man walks by and asks him in Italian: “What are you doing?”
The man adds more by entering a store to follow one of the workers who has gone to take refuge. “Say Palestine one more time and I will kill you,” he screams repeatedly.
He ends up leaving the scene without further comment, but still angry.
Violent incidents related to the situation in Israel have increased in recent days.
In Illinois, a 6-year-old child and his mother were stabbed by a 71-year-old man because they are Muslim.
The child reportedly received 26 stab wounds.
In the Gaza Strip, civilian deaths and injuries are increasing due to numerous Israeli strikes that began following the Hamas terrorist attack.
More than 1,400 people have been killed in Israel since October 7, most of the civilians killed on the day of the attack, the deadliest since the creation of the State of Israel.
Israeli retaliatory strikes on the Gaza Strip have killed around 3,000 people, mostly Palestinian civilians, according to local authorities.
