SIRI fell 7.60% or decreased by 0.13 baht to 1.58 baht, trading value 861.36 baht at 11:24 a.m. from the opening price of 1.69 baht, the highest price of 1.70 baht, the lowest price of 1.58 baht.
Mr. Sorapon Weerametheekul, Senior Director of Securities Analysis Department, Kasikorn Securities, said that the reason why Sansiri Public Company Limited’s (SIRI) stock price dropped a lot. Seeing that the short-term is selling Sell on fact following the price has hit the target given by Kasikorn Securities at 1.69 baht, which was previously recommended to buy at a price of 1.30 baht.
However, the fundamentals of SIRI are still good. It is expected that in the 4th quarter of 2022, profits should make new highs. And in the last quarter, 12 new projects will be launched, totaling 18.5 billion baht, making the whole year of 2022 new projects around 51-52 billion baht.
