“Avatar: the last airbender”, what is that regarding?
The series is set in a fictional world inspired by various Asian and Native American cultures. Within that world there are four nations: the Earth, Water, Fire and Air Nations. In every nation certain people can control and direct those basic elements.
The series follows the story of Aang, the last remaining airbender and the only one who can control all four elements. Aang is joined by his friends Katara, Sokka, and later Toph and Zuko, as they travel the world to help Aang complete his training as the Avatar. He must restore peace between the various nations of the world, who are threatened by the Fire Nation’s expansionism.
