Special Peace Jurisdiction Indicts 10 Ex-Guerrillas for War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity: Macro Case 01

The Special Peace Jurisdiction (SPJ) accused this Friday (07.07.2023) of war crimes and crimes once morest humanity 10 ex-guerrillas of the Central Joint Command (CCC) for being the most responsible for kidnapping and derived crimes.

These accusations are made in macro case 01, which studies the guerrilla kidnappings and for which the entire last leadership of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC).

The defendants are Luis Eduardo Rayo, alias “Marlon”; Enoc Capera Trujillo, alias “Giovanni”; Jhon Jairo Oliveros Grisales, Armando Pipas; Nelson Antonio Jimenez Gantiva; Édgar Ramírez Medina, “Onofre Camargo”; Víctor Hugo Silva, alias “Erick” and “el Chivo”, Raúl Agudelo, “Olivo Saldaña” and Wilson Ramírez Guzmán, known as “Teófilo”.

The ten defendants are charged with “war crimes of hostage-taking, homicide, attacks on personal dignity, cruel and inhuman treatment and crimes once morest humanity of other serious deprivations of liberty, such as murder, forced disappearance, slavery, sexual violence, torture and other inhumane acts”.
