Speech at Bharat Jodo Yatra: Delhi Police at Rahul’s residence seeking information

New Delhi: The Delhi Police reached Rahul Gandhi’s residence to seek information regarding his speech during the Bharat Jodo Yatra. A police team led by Special Commissioner Sagar Preet Hooda reached Rahul’s residence on Sunday morning.

The police came to seek information on Rahul’s statement regarding the victims of sexual assault in Bharat Jodo Yatra. On March 16, the Delhi Police had issued a notice to Rahul Gandhi in this regard.

During the Bharat Jodo Yatra, Rahul mentioned that some women had revealed to him that they had been gang-raped. Delhi Police sought information in this regard. Delhi Police has also handed over a detailed questionnaire to Rahul.
