Vienna – The SPÖ locates gaps in insolvency law. The SPÖ announced that this had to be closed in order to prevent transactions such as the sale of Kika/Leiner by the investor Rene Benko. “So far, individual billionaires can enrich themselves at the expense of the general public. In the end, the employees and the taxpayers are the stupid ones,” said Deputy SPÖ club chairwoman Julia Herr in the paper.
