Owned by the HIG Capital fund, the sports marketing agency SPORTFIVE is said to be for sale according to Archyde.com.
HIG Capital’s participation in Sportfive dates back to 2020, with an acquisition of 75.1% in the Lagardère Group then 100% the following year. “ HIG is looking to sell now as the company has had good results and is looking to capitalize on that success” precise Archyde.com. “A sale might happen next year unless markets deteriorate further” indicates a source close to the matter to Archyde.com which specifies that the company is targeting an EBITDA above 55 million euros next year.
