St. Louis — The St. Louis Blues defeated the Minnesota Wild in the NHL playoffs. The team from Missouri won the first-round series with a 5-1 home win 4-2 and meets Colorado Avalanche in the quarterfinals. All three other duels on Thursday, however, did not bring a decision and thus a seventh game.
