Vienna – The SKN St. Pölten is the new leader following the 19th round of the 2nd soccer league. The Lower Austrians secured a 2-0 win at Young Violets Austria Vienna on Friday evening and passed Blau-Weiss Linz. The Upper Austrians are only behind in the case of equal points because of the poorer direct comparison, for them an impressive winning streak ended with a 1-1 win at SV Lafnitz. SV Horn slipped to third place following a 3-1 loss at FC Liefering.
