Due to the heavy rain caused by Typhoon No. 6, the Hiroto River, which flows through the southern part of Miyazaki Prefecture, has increased in water level, and flood danger information (equivalent to alert level 4) has been announced.

The Togo Bridge Water Level Observatory (Nichinan City) on the Hirowatari River reached the flood danger level, and there is a risk of flood damage in Nichinan City if flooding occurs.

Moving to an evacuation center at night can be dangerous, so please ensure your own safety by moving to a place as far away from a cliff as possible or to an upper floor that is less likely to be flooded.
