Vienna – If reporting data in a GIS environment is stolen around 2020, the ORF Contribution Service (OBS) will contact the Supreme Court to take action against the ruling of the Federal Administrative Court (BVwG). The privately initiated proceedings concluded that GIS, as the injured party, had acted inappropriately. OBS will now exhaust all legal options and appeal to the administrative court, it said on Monday.
