Launched this Monday morning, the new realme GT 5 has already been reaping good results, since the manufacturer confirmed that it sold 30,000 units of the device in just 2 hours of sales.
According to realme, this happened thanks to a promotional action for early birds. For those who registered in advance, the company made the purchase available at the time of launch.
The result is that the entire initial batch made available for this marketing action was sold, as the public was attracted by the smartphone’s powerful specifications.
Featuring Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, 24 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage, the realme GT 5 also draws attention for its support for 240W fast charging.
All of this is being offered for just 3,799 yuan. I.e, something around BRL 2,550 in direct conversion and without considering Brazilian taxes.
For now, realme still does not inform when the GT 5 will be launched in India and in other countries such as Brazil, but there is great expectation from the public looking for a flagship smartphone.
