The man who allegedly harassed a woman while exercising on a trail in the City of San Juan was arrested by authorities, police confirmed to Telemundo 40.
The detainee by the San Juan Police was identified as Arturo Javier González, 32 years old. The man will face formal charges of assault and aggravated assault, he preempted him. The incident for which he was arrested occurred two weeks ago. Since then, authorities have been investigating the matter.
The victim, who has not been identified, initially reported that a man tried to assault her while she was running at the scene. The case raised concern in the community due to the nature of the incident.
