At least that’s what the sales agents of Cremo, Switzerland’s second largest milk processing company, thought when they were contacted at the end of 2019. They were disappointed a few weeks later, following having delivered 32 .7 tonnes of cheese to phantom operators posing as Harrods, a prestigious British brand, and Iceland Foods, a large supermarket chain present in Great Britain.
