The President of the Swiss National Bank (SNB), Thomas Jordan, spoke on Saturday in an interview broadcast by the Swiss television channel SRF.
It should be noted that Jordan Jordan said the recent SNB interest rate hike was “most likely not quite” enough to fully bring Switzerland’s high inflation rate under control.
His remarks come following the SNB raised its key rate by 25 basis points on Thursday:
