Bern – Due to an error in data import, Switzerland has to slightly correct the result for some parties in the National Council election on Sunday. The federal government published incorrect figures on party strengths, as the Federal Statistical Office explained on Wednesday. The proportion of voters reported for the right-wing conservative Swiss People’s Party (SVP), the center and the liberal FDP was too high.
