The German Association of Urologists said that nephritis is the most common type of bacterial infection in the renal pelvis, explaining that it occurs as a result of an ascending infection where pathogens move (ascend) through the urethra, bladder and ureter to the kidney pelvis. Symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease
- Frequent urination with a small amount of urine

- vomiting

The German Association stressed the need to consult a doctor as soon as you notice these symptoms to undergo treatment in a timely manner, in order to avoid the severe consequences that may result from inflammation, such as kidney weakness or kidney failure.
And treatment of nephritis is by antibiotics with analgesics and fever-reducing drugs, in addition to bed rest and drinking plenty of fluids.
