Today, Monday, the World Health Organization expressed its deep concern regarding the spread of the Marburg virus globally, stressing that the virus is able to kill the infected person within 3 days.
A spokesperson for the organization added, in statements to Al Arabiya, that the chances of surviving from Marburg rise if people follow the means of prevention.
He also added that the most dangerous symptom of Marburg virus is reaching hemorrhagic fever.
It is noteworthy that two deaths were recorded in Ghana with this disease, which raised fears around the world, following the World Health Organization announced its first outbreak there.
The disease is a highly contagious hemorrhagic fever of the same family as Ebola. It is transmitted to humans by fruit bats and is transmitted between people by direct contact with the body fluids of infected people and surfaces.

David Navarro stressed the need for people to respect the virus, noting that the Corona virus is able to evolve and change, “and this is the reason for the increase in infections.”
He explained that the “intelligence” of the virus makes it able to evade the defenses provided by the immune system, while many countries in the world have begun to return to a semi-normal life.
He warned once morest people abandoning preventive measures and their harmony in social life, without concern for wearing a mask and social distancing.
He added: “My advice to everyone, please, the virus is not gone yet, it kills many people, and it is also annoying, especially in the case of long-term Covid.”

Al-Marsad newspaper: A Saudi engineer revealed the reason for leaving the engineering job to work as a butcher in a butchery owned by him in “Tabarjal”.
He said during an interview with MBC: “I looked for a job and worked in a company, but the salary was not enough, which prompted me to leave the job and look for another job in the free field.”
He added, I decided to set up a butcher shop and worked as a butcher for a year now, pointing out that it is popular and encouraged by customers.
