A man ended up badly injured yesterday following the car he was driving crashed head-on into a tree, in an episode that occurred in front of the local Faculty of Medicine. The police reported that now they are trying to determine if it was just a traffic accident, motivated by some physical indisposition of the person behind the wheel, or if it was a deliberate maneuver to take his own life. He was hospitalized.

At least four people were in the vehicle.
In the early hours of today’s morning, averaging 5:15, a blue Peugeot 308 car crashed into the railing of the Limache roundregarding, in front of Hiper Libertad.
According to the first reports, at least four people were traveling in the vehicle in an east-west direction at high speed. There were no serious injuries. The driver wanted to enter the roundregarding from Av. Tavella, he would have brushed the curb, which is why he lost control of the vehicle, which suffered significant damage as a result of the impact.
The causes of the accident are not clear and the corresponding expert reports are carried out.
Police officers from the Province and Transit Police from the Municipality of Salta were present at the scene.
