All in all, it is commendable that the manufacturer also includes a cheap alternative in its portfolio, since the other devices in the line-up often cost over 1000 euros. At the same time, however, it is very questionable which customers the company wants to address here, since only rudimentary games can really be run on it. Many customers in this price segment are more likely to go to the Nintendo Switch (OLED model currently for 333 euros on Amazon) on which you can’t enjoy classic PC games, but you get reasonable performance and nice graphics.

Apple’s ‘Studio Display’ device has sound problems and the company is aware of the matter
An internal Apple memo obtained by MacRumors indicated that the company is aware of the audio issues users have encountered when using the $1,599 Studio Display, but does not have a permanent solution to the current problem.
Instead, the memo, which is distributed to Apple’s network of authorized service providers, recommends that affected users unplug the display from its power source, unplug the accessories, and then plug the display in and turn it on following waiting 10 seconds.
The company released the screen in March. The screen is also designed to integrate many other devices, such as speakers, microphones, and a webcam. But recently, many users have reported issues via Apple support pages and Twitter forums. These problems include sound leakage, distortion, and audio dropouts.
Since yesterday my Studio Display will only play audio for a few seconds and then it stops. Audio playback works fine on the MacBook Pro that’s connected to the display. Not sure if it’s hardware or software related. I’m running the Ventura beta.

A video posted by a user shows the choppy sound being emitted from the Studio Display following just a few seconds of playback.
The good news is that Apple notes that these issues are not caused by a glitch in the Studio Display hardware, which means that a future software update might fix them. The bad news is that there is no definitive information regarding when, or even if, this problem can be fixed.
