Hanoi – Vietnam is preparing to launch a significant exhibition showcasing eight decades of socio-economic achievements. Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a key meeting to finalize the preparations for this grand event,scheduled to open in Hanoi this August.
The exhibition aims to celebrate the country’s progress since its National Day, highlighting its journey of construction, protection, and development.

Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen hoa Binh, along with Vice-Prime Ministers Tran Hong Ha, Bui Thanh Son, Ho Duc Phoc, and Mai Van Chinh, also participated in the conference, emphasizing the high-level commitment to the exhibition’s success.
A Steering Committee and a detailed master plan have already been established by the government to oversee the activities commemorating the 80th anniversary of National Day. The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is coordinating with 63 provinces and cities to ensure seamless execution.

The exhibition, scheduled from August 28 to September 5, will be held at the National Center for Co Loa Exhibitions in Dong Anh, Hanoi. It will feature various activities, including fairs showcasing food, tourism, and handicrafts, as well as artistic programs, conferences, and seminars.

It will integrate the nation’s achievements with cultural,artistic,and recreational activities,employing both traditional and modern methods to ensure it is both informative and visually appealing.

Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh has been tasked with ensuring the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism assigns clear responsibilities and timelines for all aspects of the exhibition’s preparation.
