Al-Marsad newspaper: The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development revealed cases of exempting small enterprises from financial compensation.
The ministry stated that small establishments (9 workers or less) are exempted from paying the financial compensation, while 2 expatriates are exempted from the facility if its owner is full-time to work in it and is registered with the social insurance.
She added that 4 expatriates are exempted if the owner is free to work in it, in addition to a Saudi worker registered on it.
Al-Marsad newspaper: The official newspaper, Umm Al-Qura, revealed the organizational arrangements of the General Roads Authority, where the authority enjoys a public legal personality, financial and administrative independence, and is organizationally linked to the minister, and its headquarters is in the city of Riyadh, and it has the right to establish branches or offices inside the Kingdom according to the need.
Among the most prominent tasks of the Public Authority for Roads are the following:
1- Granting licenses and permits for the road sector.
2- Approve the financial consideration for the licenses and permits granted by the Authority, and the financial consideration for the exploitation of roads and their sanctuaries, and determining the methods of their collection, in accordance with the relevant regulatory procedures and mechanisms.
It is noteworthy that these arrangements will be implemented following 90 days from the date of their publication.
Al-Marsad Newspaper: A citizen documented a video clip in which he reviewed the design of the King Abdullah Financial District Mosque.
