Sanam Javed’s protective bail granted, police prevented from arrest – Pakistan

The Islamabad High Court granted a one-week anticipatory bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sanam Javed, preventing the police from arresting her.

According to the details, Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the application for protective bail in the Sargodha case on May 9. Sanam Javed appeared in the court along with his lawyer Ahad Khokhar.

The lawyer told the court that there is a case in Mianwali and there is a fear of arrest, the concerned court wants to appear so we should be given protective bail.

Later, the court granted Sanam Javed a one-week anticipatory bail and ordered the police not to arrest her.

FIA withdraws appeal against discharge of Sanam Javed from the case

Islamabad High Court said that Sanam Javed can approach the concerned court within a week. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb issued orders.

Along with this, the court adjourned the hearing of the case till August 15.

It should be noted that Azhar Mashwani’s father approached the Islamabad High Court after the Lahore High Court disposed of the request on August 5.

The Lahore High Court had disposed of the petition filed for the recovery of the brothers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) social media in-charge Azhar Mashwani on the basis of withdrawal.

Islamabad High Court’s order to recover and present the missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani – Pakistan

The Islamabad High Court ordered the recovery of the two missing brothers of social media activist Azhar Mashwani and brought them before the court.

Islamabad High Court Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb heard the petition filed for the recovery of 2 missing brothers of Azhar Mashwani.

Azhar Mashwani’s brother Professor Mazhar Al Hasan and Professor Zahoor Al Hasan have been missing since June 6. Lawyer Babar Awan appeared before the court on behalf of the father of both the missing brothers.

Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb inquired that it is in the newspaper today, are they arrested? On which the lawyer Babar Awan said that the petitioner is not arrested but he is the father of the 2 missing brothers, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb said that it is right that he is the one who has been arrested.

Recovery of Azhar Mashwani’s brothers: “If the police report changes, then we will see”, court

Lawyer Babar Awan said that Azhar Mashwani is a social media activist who was also picked up earlier, 2 professor brothers were picked up on June 6 while Rauf Hasan and Barrister Gohar were also arrested on June 5. Gohar was not arrested. Hasan was arrested.

The judge smilingly remarked that Gauhar wanted to be arrested but was not arrested as he did not meet the qualification yet.

During the hearing, the Islamabad High Court ordered Azhar Mashwani’s two brothers to be extradited and produced before the court.

Justice Tamman Rifaat said that someone would have given permission for him to have followed the procedure, showing the public notices of 2017 and 18 and sealing the building in 2024.

Vakil Metropolitan Corporation took the stand that if it still takes the required security measures, we will de-seal the building.

Justice Thaman Rifaat spoke to Latif Khosa that why you have filed the writ but did not take safety measures? The court cannot turn a blind eye to the absence of safety measures brought to light.

Latif Khosa said that if the court orders the de-sealing of the office, we will take these steps in 15 days, on which Justice Thaman Rifaat inquired that if any incident happens in these 15 days? This Court will not take this burden on its shoulders.

Justice Taman Rifaat remarked that this is not such a big problem, I think you can solve it by sitting together.

The court directed Sardar Latif Khosa and the lawyer of the Metropolitan Corporation to resolve the matter through consultation, Justice Thaman Rifat Imtiaz directed that you sit and consult and then tell the court about the urgent matters.

Justice Thaman Rifaat’s lawyer spoke to the Metropolitan Corporation Islamabad to tell them about the emergency installations, and remarked that the automatic sprinkler system might not work for this court.

Counsel MCI said that safety measures should be completed there along with Assistant Director Fire, people cannot be allowed to gather in the secretariat until the measures are completed.

The lawyers of both parties informed the court in writing after consultation.

Later, the Islamabad High Court reserved judgment on the petition to deseal the PTI Secretariat.

It may be noted that on July 23, PTI’s head office in the federal capital was once again sealed, the Metropolitan Corporation issued a notice for lack of fire and life safety arrangements.
