Bone Sulsel
Quote from detikSulsel, The mass of students held a demonstration rejected the increase in land and rural and urban buildings (PBB-P2) on Tuesday (12/8).
The joint student action, which was held on Tuesday afternoon, was already colored by each other between the mass of students and the Satpol PP who were on guard in front of the Bone DPRD office.
“At the time of the Standard Pushed again, when asked the position of the Regent, why did not he accept our demands. We urged the regent to accept aspirations, because yesterday we had written to the Regent and indeed the letter was addressed directly to the Regent not the Regency Government, but no one could answer and no one could present,” said PMII Branch Chair Bone Zulkifli, Tuesday (12/8).
He said that his party protested the increase in the United Nations which was multiplied, and uneven. Based on his study, he stated residents experienced an increase in UN tariffs up to 300 percent.
“The data we have received have already paid. If the reason is the adjustment of the Tax Object Selling Value (NJOP) why is not socialization, it is not necessarily the land that is the zoning of the rich who has, it could be underprivileged. This increase is also uneven, there is an increase of 65 percent, 100 percent, 150 percent, even 300 percent,” he explained.
“This is arbitrary, without a study, without sudden socialization of the tax is raised. Many people complain, they are shocked,” continued the action coordinator from HMI, Arfah.
Meanwhile, Head of Bone Bone Muh Angkasa denied not conducting socialization. But he realized the socialization he did was not too massive. Previously reported, the Bone Regency Government raised the Rural and Urban Building and Building Tax (PBB-P2) by 65 percent. The Regency Government argued that this increase was the impact of the Adjustment of the Land Value Zone (ZNT) from the State Land Agency (BPN).
Angkasa said, ZNT in Bone has never been updated for the past 14 years.
Jombang East Java
During 2025 there have been 5,000 residents of Jombang, East Java (East Java) who protested as a result of the increase in land and rural and urban buildings (PBB P2) up to 1,202 percent.
Thousands of residents delivered a strong protest to the Jombang Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda). Quote from detikjatimthe increase in the P2 P2 Crazy P2 in Jombang is reported to have been in effect since 2024.
One of the residents of Jombang who strongly protested the United Nations increase was Heri Dwi Cahyono (61). He felt how surprised when the UN of his land in 2024 suddenly increased 1,202 percent or 12 times compared to what he had paid in 2023.
Heri also wanted to file an objection to Bapenda Jombang. He hoped that the UN P2 that he had to pay as a compliant taxpayer could return to normal.
Different attitudes with Heri who chose to submit objections by visiting the Bapenda office carrying SPPT and filling the objection blank to be processed by officers, Joko Fattah Rochim (63) protested directly. He went to the Bapenda Jombang office to pay PBB P2 with Rp200, Rp500, and Rp1,000 denominated coins in a piece of mineral water that he brought.
He carried out this action as a form of protest over the rise of the United Nations P2 his house reached 370 percent.
Fattah protested the increase in the United Nations P2 home by visiting the Bapenda Jombang office on Jalan KH Wahid Hasyim Number 141 on Monday (11/8). He spilled thousands of coins in the seat of the UN payment counter P2.
“Coin money is a form of my protest because I don’t have money, this is my child’s piggy bank since middle school, now he (college) has been semester 2,” said Fattah.
“Ask me, the Regent (Jombang) must be firm, the increase in the United Nations P2 in 2024 which is very detrimental to the people of Jombang must be addressed,” he added.
Head of Bapenda Jombang Hartono admitted that his office had received approximately 5,000 taxpayers who filed an objection to the increase in the UN P2 in 2025.
“This year there have been around 5 thousand people submitting relief and tax exemption.
Bapenda Jombang, said Hartono, indeed provided the solution related to the increase in the UN P2 reaching 1,202 percent. He invited Jombang residents to file an objection. He even mentioned that during 2024, his party had received around 11,000 applications of objections from taxpayers.
Regarding the increase in the UN P2, he explained that of a total of approximately 700,000 SPPT in his area, half had experienced a surge in the UN P2 value. The other half according to him actually came down.
Semarang Central Java
Tukimah (69), a resident of Ambarawa, Semarang Regency, Central Java, was shocked by his UN bill which rose to 441 percent.
The relatives also went back and forth to the Semarang Regency Government to question this and ask for information. His nephew, Andri Setiawan (42), as quoted from detikjatengon Tuesday said, “The increase was 441 percent, up to five times. Initially we thought Salah type.”
“Then I did not keep quiet, I submitted a relief. First I submitted it for a long time, not called. Until the queue was finished, I just advanced, then served,” he said.
He claimed to go back and forth to the tax office three times. Finally, he was asked to wait for a decision until September. Andri said he was disappointed and objected because according to him there was no socialization before the tariff increase.
In addition, it also questioned the basis of the increase in the United Nations value based on the proximity of his Budening House with the Ambarawa-Bandungan Highway and behind his Budening house there was a housing.
“He considered that it made up because the house was near the main road. If it was a long time ago, then if the reason in the back had been built housing, it had been 10 years of housing,” Andri said.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Semarang Regency BKUD, Rudibdo confirmed a significant increase in the United Nations at several points. He explained the cause.
Rudibdo said, the UN adjustment was carried out after there was a limited assessment in the field of land that underwent a change in value, especially those on the strategic road section.
“Especially in the national road, provincial roads and district roads, also in order to adjust the value of the land value zone (ZNT) issued by BPN,” Rudibdo said yesterday.
Responding to residents’ complaints, Rudibdo ensured that the Semarang Regency Government opened space for taxpayers to submit objections or re -assessments if there were objections.
