Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi visited the Gaddafi Stadium and reviewed the work on the upgradation project and ordered to speed up the excavation work of the basement, saying that the upgradation work should be completed before the Champions Trophy. Mohsin Naqvi directed the planning to complete the work within the timeline in view of the rains and said that the work should be continued in 3 shifts.

He said that it is a challenging task, the entire team should work day and night and the upgradation work has to be completed by all means before the Champions Trophy.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced the 14-member Pakistan Shaheens squad for the 3-match ODI series against Bangladesh A, with wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Haris leading the team.
The first match of the series between the two teams will be played on Monday, August 26, while the remaining 2 matches will be played on August 28 and 30. These three matches of 50 overs will be played at Islamabad Club.
Wicket keeper batsman Mohammad Haris has been retained as the captain of Pakistan Shaheens, he also recently led the team in Darwin tour of Pakistan Shaheens which played 2 ODIs of 50 overs and Top&T20 series.
It should be remembered that earlier 2 four-day matches have been played between Pakistan Shaheens and Bangladesh A which were drawn.
