With “Alani” the section of the Municipal Mobile Cinema PHOTO was completed
On the evening of Sunday, September 1st, the unit of the Municipal Mobile Cinema completed this year’s “journey” to the neighborhoods and districts of Patras with the screening of the film “The Alani” in Zavlani.
Filmgoers watched the award-winning directorial debut of Charlotte Regan at the Sundance Film Festival, who, through tender and imaginative humor, distanced herself from working-class British cinema and told the magical story of two confused people. Of a daughter who is forced to come of age abruptly and of a father who finds things really dark.

In this year’s section of the Municipal Mobile Cinema eight separate award-winning films were presented to the cinephiles of Patras and the wider region with the number of screenings reaching twenty-two.
In total, the screenings were attended by more than three thousand spectators, highlighting once again the Municipal Mobile Cinema in one of the most important sections of the Festival.

In the next few days, the program of the three-day dedication to Italian Cinema will be announced, which will begin on September 17.
