Chairman PCB’s decision to hand over cricket affairs to the former captain
According to the petitioner, it may be mentioned here that PCB had appointed former South African Test cricketer Gary Kirsten (white ball coach) and former Australian Test fastman Jason Gillespie (red ball coach) as coaches.
He pleaded that the appointment of Waqar Younis as an adviser is against the law because no advertisement was given in the newspaper for his appointment, so the Lahore High Court should declare the appointment of Waqar Younis as an adviser to the chairman PCB null and void.
