Police Chief Ali Abdullah Alwan Al Nuaimi launched the innovative smart driving test program at a ceremony held at Ras Al Khaimah Police Headquarters. Colonel Zakhar bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Acting Director of Ras Al Khaimah Police’s Drivers Licensing Division, said that the smart screening program aims to make it flawlessly simple and fast.
