She explained that the prices exceeded 32,000 riyals for some offices and nationalities, while the minimum prices for the recruitment of domestic workers amounted to regarding 8,050 riyals.
A monitoring conducted by the newspaper through the official website of “Musaned” revealed that the countries from which domestic workers are currently allowed to be recruited include “Niger, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Uganda, Eritrea, Madagascar, Uzbekistan, Cambodia, Mali, South Africa, Kenya.”
She pointed out that the most expensive labor for recruiting workers was from Sri Lanka, and their cost in one office was regarding 32,200 riyals, while the lowest cost workers were from Bangladesh and Uganda, and the minimum cost was regarding 8,050 riyals.
