What is it to be a fitness person?
The word fitness for me is already very revalued in terms of the position in which I consider myself to be with respect to everything it means, let’s say well-being. Rather let’s talk regarding welner, a word in which I would define it like this: the human being has two fields, the welner which is well-being and what they call fitness today, which is the physical body, the machine that transports that being in well-being.
So, if we talk regarding fitness for me it is a word and it is the body in harmony, a functional body, a body that adapts, it is a physical matter, fitness is the body, but we can say that any being that moves can have a fitness body or maybe not. For me the word fitness is that matter, that body in which the being full of well-being lives and above all that is a functional body that is capable of adapting.
