Moscow threatened that if Ukraine joins NATO, it might mean World War III. The deputy secretary of the Russian Security Council also accused the Ukrainians of deliberately taking this risk. Only bad news from the warring countries in our neighborhood? No, the most recent UN resolution, in which 143 of 193 states demand that Russia must return the annexed Ukrainian territories, must be viewed positively. As reported by Pavlo Kyrylenko, the head of the Donetsk regional military administration, the Russian occupiers in Mykolaivka bombed a school in which a shelter for civilians was set up. About 12 people were in the shelter at the time, including two children and a person with a disability.
