Breaking: XIII Edition of ‘Novilara Arte Gusto’ Kicks Off This July
Mark your calendars for the XIII edition of “Novilara Arte Gusto – from culture to the table,” taking place from July 11 to 13. This highly anticipated event returns to the Castle of Novilara, celebrating tradition and culinary excellence in a vibrant community setting.
Celebrating Tradition and Community Spirit
The event, organized by the La Stele Cultural Association under the patronage of the Municipality, 3 Colline and Castelli district, province, and region, aims to keep alive the aggregative and welcoming spirit of the Borgo community. Mayor Biancani highlighted the significance of the event, stating, “One of the most anticipated demonstrations by citizens through the Tagliatella that promotes our territory with its typical dishes.”
A Feast for the Senses
The weekend promises an array of flavors and colors, with stands offering legendary tagliatelle with beans, recognized with the de.co. distinction, and much more. The event features not only gastronomic delights but also exhibitions, shows, concerts, and artisan cellars in collaboration with AIS.
Enhancing Local Culture and Tradition
President of La Stele, Iacopo Fiorani, emphasized the event’s roots: “It was born from the desire to recover the culture and tradition typical of the place, linked to local products and its history.” The event’s theme, “From culture to the table,” underscores the importance of preserving local know-how in food, wine, art, and music.
A Program Full of Novelties and Attractions
The program includes gastronomic stands, wine tastings, a Sorbolounge Vinyl set, a photographic exhibition, concerts by Stefanelli Mincio Duo and Single Barrel, an award ceremony for the food competition, and a performance by Lunanzio from Zelig. Additionally, there will be a “Mototagliatelle” tour for motorcycle enthusiasts on Sunday morning, culminating in a visit and tasting at Borgo di Montefabbri followed by lunch in Novilara.

Councilor for economic activities, Frenquelucci, noted the event’s role in enhancing the territory’s excellence: “An event to enhance every year more and more, because it is able to enhance the excellence of the territory and the existing activities.” Vice Mayor Vimini added, “Art and taste, for a quality manifestation, which tells the territory through food but also cultural moments, which make us reflect, entertain and tell our roots.”
Combining Wine and Tagliatella
Raffaele Papi, vice president of AIS Marche and delegate for AIS Urbino Montefeltro, shared plans to combine wine with tagliatella through a curated selection of wines, adding another layer of culinary delight to the event.
