The interests of the Royal Gendarmerie affiliated to the Turabi Center in Oulad Taima have referred a person accused of raping a minor child to the attention of the Public Prosecution Office.
Informed sources told Agadir 24 that the prosecutor at the Court of First Instance in Taroudant decided to pursue the accused in case of arrest and ordered his transfer to the local prison.
The Royal Gendarmerie had managed to arrest a person working as a bicycle repairman in workshops in the Oulad Skeir roundregarding in the Essen community in the Taroudant region, following a complaint was filed by the father of a minor child, accusing him of defaming his son.
This, and the suspect was placed in theoretical guard measures in order to complete the research under the supervision of the competent Public Prosecution, before he was presented to it.
