The well-known actor Tasos Iordanidis took over this year the responsibility of presenting the show “Dads” on ERT. Tasos Iordanidis spoke to My Tv magazine regarding this new role as well as the difficult collaborations in the theater and how he dealt with them.
You are an actor, a director, a writer, a presenter… What does each quality mean to you?
Each quality is also a different part of me. All of this together is the exploration and effort of discovering my center, the context of my emotional world and my personal truth each time.
In everything I do, I always try to put my truth into it. I have not given any discount in any of my work.
Have you ever found yourself in difficult partnerships?
Yes, it has happened to me in the theater and I didn’t want to go to work. Trying to “survive” through this particular condition, I kept my balance and stoically waited for it to be completed, never offending anyone.
In such situations, I shut myself up and wait for the… hourglass to end.
