Teachers and students of the Veterinary Medicine career carry out a vaccination campaign

On Wednesday, October 5 and Thursday, October 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis, the free rabies vaccination and deworming campaign for dogs and cats will be held at the UNER Food Science Faculty, with the participation of students and teachers of the Veterinary Medicine career of the Academic Unit.

In this sense, teachers Gustavo Larrosa, Héctor Martinez and Sofía Melano, together with the students, request that pets, if possible, be approached with a collar, leash and muzzle. They will be limited seats.

It should be noted that the control of zoonotic diseases prevents pets from getting sick and from being carriers and transmitters of diseases to people, which is why responsible pet ownership and carrying out the corresponding preventive treatments is very important.
